I’m a Star Wars guy. I’m a horror movies guy. I’m a Halloween guy — not just the movie, the whole season, the whole vibe.

I’m a baby spinach salad guy (pile on the veggies, top it with raspberry vinaigrette). I’m a trail mix guy. I’m a granola-with-banana guy. I’m a Smoothie King guy. I’m a coffee guy. I try to eat smart and healthy — but I’m absolutely, unashamedly, a sweet tooth guy.

I’m a “when I’m at work, I work; when I’m home, I’m home” guy. That line doesn’t blur if I can help it.
