💪 Fitness

I don’t work out to look a certain way. I work out because I want to live — not just exist, but truly live — for as long as possible. I want to be around for my kids, and their kids if they choose to have them. That’s the motivation. Every rep, every mile.

🎲 TTRPGs

Grown adults sitting around a table playing pretend together. I mean that with complete sincerity and zero irony — it’s one of my favorite things. TTRPGs are about imagination, storytelling, and spending time with people you care about. What’s not to love?

Not much to explain here. It’s coffee. It’s good. Moving on.

🌌 Star Wars / Horror Movies / Halloween

There’s a thread running through all three of these: I’m drawn to the idea that there’s more out there than what we can see and understand. Magic. The supernatural. The unknown. Whether it’s the Force, a haunted house, or the thin veil of October 31st, I’m here for it.

✝️ Faith

Same thread, deeper roots. I find meaning in the mystery, and I try to live by Micah 6:8 — do justly, love mercy, walk humbly. That’s the whole thing, really.

Tied to the Maya Angelou quote I carry with me: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better.” I want to put good into the world and use whatever platform or voice I have to speak for those who have been silenced.

🍎 Apple / Mac Ecosystem

I’m deep in the Apple world — enough so that I attend MacAdmins Conference and build apps for the platform. It’s a hobby that scratches a creative and technical itch at the same time.
